Concept & Aim

After the workshop, each participant has now identified individual barriers and possible solutions when taking the scene as moderator, facilitator and trainer. They have worked out the agenda of an event that they define them-self with inspiration and feedback from the group and their trainers. They have created their own personal toolbox with the methods they are comfortable with and that you can choose from for all their events.
