The workshop focussed on Horizon 2020 Rules for Participation and Model Grant Agreements in the area of personnel costs – the harmonised procedure for the calculation of the hourly rate and the concept of basic versus additional remuneration.

Mutual learning on Pre-commercial procurement (PCP) and Public Procurement of Innovative Solutions (PPI) under HORIZON 2020 among NCPs, European Commission representatives and procurers. The outcome served as a basis for the first NCP experience report on PCP/PPI for the benefit of the NCP community as a whole.
