Background and content
During this online exchange of experience, you will give and get inspiration to concrete methods and techniques that have successfully been used in NCP events. Some of the methods will only consist of one question to the audience and take a few minutes only. Others might be a bit more complex. All of them have been used in a Research and Innovation context. You will hear directly from the other NCPs attending that use these techniques and why they like them. You will get concrete tips as to how to implement them. And you will contribute with one method yourself. Concretely, we want to talk about methods, that can be used to help:
… participants to get to know each others’ background at the beginning of meetings (icebreakers),
… participants to share their experiences and/ or ask questions during the meeting (participatory methods),
… you as organizer to increase the energy level during a meeting (energizers and energizing formats)
… you and the participants to close a meeting (closers)
Outcome for participants
After the online M&E, we will jointly have created a list of methods for engagement and interaction to chose from for your next event. You will be able to make your NCP events more engaging and avoid that participants zap out during your event.
