The workshop included exchanges on the different kinds of NCP structures, Key Performance Indicators and what the outcome of the Horizon 2020 interim evaluation means for NCPs. In addition we exchanged good practices on NCP working tools like CRM, strategic approaches to potential beneficiaries and novel training methods.

Meet and Exchange Workshop: Audits and audit strategy

This workshop provided the opportunity for participants to meet with a representative of the Common Audit Service, who gave a practical presentation on Audit Strategy and first audit findings. Participants discussed and exchanged their experience with audits in FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects.

NCP_WIDE.NET Workshop

March 13-14, 2017

The workshop took stock of the experiences with and first detectable results of the various programme lines of the “Widening” Package (particularly Teaming, Twinning and ERA Chairs). On this basis, the participating NCPs assessed the achievements with a view to the specific challenges or bottlenecks identified in their countries that are linked to the innovation divide, and discussed – from the specific NCP perspective – options for possible future orientations of “Widening” measures within the specific objective or Horizon 2020 as a whole.

The workshop facilitated an exchange of views among stakeholders in order to better define how the financial instruments, facilities and accompanying measures launched under Horizon 2020 can enhance access to finance for research, innovation and SMEs; the interactions between these financial instruments, COSMEs and European Structural & Investment Funds (ESIF), as well as with instruments at national and local levels.
