On 30 and 31st of May 2018, the NCP Academy organized a Meet & Exchange Workshop for NCP coordinators (coordinators of national NCP systems) and coordinators of NCP networks (Coordination and Support Actions for thematic NCPs funded by Horizon 2020).
This Train-the-Trainer (TTT) seminar on hosting webinars provided the necessary tools to set up webinars, to become more confident in speaking and presenting online, to improve and expand already existing webinar approaches and to exchange experiences with fellow NCP colleagues.
The workshop focused on the activities planned for the next period by the NCP Academy and the thematic networks – aiming to to avoid overlaps or gaps. It included the presentation of good practice experiences from the individual NCP networks, with recommendations for their continuation and adoption by other networks where appropriate.
The workshop included exchanges on the different kinds of NCP structures, Key Performance Indicators and what the outcome of the Horizon 2020 interim evaluation means for NCPs. In addition we exchanged good practices on NCP working tools like CRM, strategic approaches to potential beneficiaries and novel training methods.
The webinar focused on understanding the strategic links and complementarity between COST and Horizon 2020, to be able to identify potential cooperation opportunities at an early stage and act as a signpost towards the COST programme.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 633563.
